| How does the iDEN technology work? |

| iDEN is a Motorola proprietary technology based on Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA), with a city specific Mobile Switch Office (MSO) connected to cell-sites through fiber optic cables and/or Microwave backhaul. |

| How will Procall make a difference to the IT/ITES industry? |

| Apart from its core offering of one-to-many and one-to-one communication, Procall will be offering the IT/ITES industry segment a unique opportunity to incorporate multi-tasking using a simple handset. Each iDEN handset is equipped with assisted GPS which will enable optimum fleet management operations for employee transportation in the IT/ITES segment. Since every Procall handset is also fully JAVA enabled, other unique Value Added Services like Barcode Scanning and Swipe Card Applications will enable more efficient and timely roster management, supply chain management, etc. |

| How safe and secure is the iDEN handset? |
|
| The iDEN handset is as safe and secure as any GSM/CDMA cellular phone. |

| Can the management monitor the team calls? |
|

PTT service empowers group communications and it naturally provides the ability to any supervisor to become part of the communication. This ability is used for better coordination and enhances efficiency and productivity rather than the need to tap any communication. |

As a service provider, Procall has to provide legitimate, lawful interception of calls to the security agencies as duly empowered by the Government of India and will abide by all stipulations that the Government and Regulatory Authorities specify from time to time. |

| How many user groups can be formed in iDEN? |
|
| The number of user groups in iDEN can range from 1 group to 250 groups and each group can have multiple members/users. At the very least 2 individual subscribers are needed to form a group and this can increase up to a maximum number of 65,535 members in each group. |

| How is the phone number likely to appear? |
|
The iDEN numbers are alpha-numeric. Following the country code for India, 91, and the city STD codes, the numbers would contain the Fleet No. as also the User No. For example, a Bengaluru number would be:

| How does the billing take place? |
|
| The billing is done separately for each subscriber based on the usage patterns, both for voice and data. The voice usage is billed as a fixed lump sum monthly amount per subscriber for use within the iDEN network in a specific circle. Voice calls to other networks or circles as also Data Services and Value Added Services are billed additionally based upon the actual usage of the subscriber. |

| How many circles has Procall taken? |
|
| Procall has been awarded the Digital PMRTS licenses for seven circles, i.e., Karnataka, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Maharashtra & Goa, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh. Additionally, we have applied for the Digital PMRTS licenses for the circles of Gujarat, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh (West), Madhya Pradesh, and Kerala. |
